Journey on Relaxation

Wow, how interesting that was.  I have never tried a relaxation exercise before.  I think I need to do this more often.  I am thinking every evening before going to bed would be a good idea.  It should help wash away the stresses of the day and allow for a better nights sleep.  Boy, that would be nice!!

  1. I think the first time you participate in a relaxation exercise it can be a truly moving experience. It is such a great tool to help melt away some of the stressors from the day and help to recenter and "recover" a bit. Good luck incorporating this practice into your daily routine.

  2. I like the term recover. That is exactly what I need at the end of the day...I need to recover, not relax. I feel like I need to undo what I have done to myself throughout the day.
